Session Specific Policy

1. Disclaimer

All information and guidance provided during my astrology and reiki sessions are intended solely for personal growth, educational purposes, and spiritual guidance. These services do not substitute for professional expertise in healthcare, mental health, finance, or law.

I assume no legal or financial liability for any choices, actions, or consequences arising from the information shared during a session. All sessions are booked with the trust that you will use your own inner wisdom and discernment.

2. Privacy

Everything shared within our sessions is held in the strictest confidence and treated with deep respect. Your personal details and the depth of our conversations stay between us, and will never be shared without your direct consent, unless legally required.

3. My Role & Intent

Our time together is designed to spark self-awareness, offer fresh perspectives, and encourage your personal growth. Please note that astrology and reiki healing do not replace professional medical treatment, psychotherapy, financial planning, or legal counsel. I always recommend consulting qualified specialists for those specific areas.

4. Astrology & Insights

Astrology serves as a symbolic mirror and a supportive guide. While we explore universal cycles, themes, and potential future trends, these are invitations and possibilities rather than fixed guarantees. You always have free will, and you make your own decisions based on your unique life circumstances.

5. Your Inner Wisdom

The choices you make and the actions you take after a session belong entirely to you. I pour my best intuitive insights and knowledge into our time together, but I am not liable for the paths you choose or the outcomes that unfold after we meet. All sessions are booked with the trust that you will use your own inner wisdom and discernment.

6. Our Shared Agreement

By securing your booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and embraced these principles. We enter this shared space together with mutual respect, open hearts, and a curiosity to explore.

7. Accuracy

While astrology is a powerful tool for mapping out the upcoming energy and its effects, even the most skilled practitioners can only outline about 70% of the picture. The rest belongs to your personal choices and your soul’s path. I invite you to connect with and embrace this perspective before we begin our sessions.

8. Cancellation/Rescheduling

I prepare for each session and hold this unique space just for you. If you need to cancel and would like a refund or if you want to reschedule the session, it’s possible to do so up to 24 hours before our scheduled time. Please let me know via email on info@lotta-astrohealing.se.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. In those cases, you can still get a recording of your reading, if you want to.
